Work: Love it, hate it, do it, don’t. In July, I curated a series of micro-nonfiction on the subject for Multiplicity. Each true story about work is 100 words or fewer. It’s been lots of fun to see what writers (a gravedigger, a baker’s daughter, an asbestos-mitigator, a chaplain, a musician, a mom, a factory worker, a doctor–the list goes on) can do within such tight constraints. The Fall issue of Multiplicity, with the theme AT WORK, will be published in November 2020 . We believe work is a rich and potent subject, and if you have a story to share, we’d love to read it Submissions guidelines here.
